Well-staged homes look more inviting and appealing to potential buyers. Renting furniture allows sellers to showcase the home’s potential, 9/10 people cannot envisage living in a space that isn’t dressed.

Our rental and staging services start from £1950 for a one bedroom apartment.  Just as each person is different we believe each property has its own personality and provide furniture and accessories to suit the property.

Ideally, we prefer to visit the property to be able to assess space, layout, lighting and any potential features within the property. We’ll then provide a quote for the staging including the rental cost of the furnishings to be used.

If you’re happy we’ll agree a date for install and you can leave the rest to us.  We’ll even arrange professional photography to be taken.

Once the agreed staging period is over, we de-stage ready for your buyer to move straight in.
